This Sunday I plan to continue our study through “The Book of Romans” with the message, “The Liberty We Have In Christ” from Romans 14:1-13. Mission 119:11 Mid-week Children’s Ministry – 6:30pm Wednesdays
Mission 119:11 is our mid-week ministry for children 3 years old through 6th Grade at Shoreline Community Church. This is an exciting ministry that grounds children in their Christian faith while they have a great time at club. Mission 119:11 meets weekly during the school year from 6:30-8:10pm on Wednesdays at the church. The key verse of Mission 119:11 is Psalm 119:11 ~ “Your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You.” Hope to see your children, grandchildren, and neighborhood children at Mission! MOMCO – 9:30am and 6:30pm Tuesdays (1st and 3rd week of the month)
Our Mom’s Company (formerly MOPS) ministry is now meeting once again on the first and third Tuesday of every month. As a bonus for working mothers, Nikki Greenwell is now starting a new Tuesday evening MomCo for mothers who have to work during the day. If you are interested in attending either one of these meetings, please just show up or call the church office at 541-808-0902 for more information.
The Liberty Quartet
We invite you to join us for a concert 7:00pm Friday, October 9th by the Liberty Quartet. The Liberty Quartet will be joining us during their 30th Anniversary Tour, they were here a few years back and did an excellent job. The concert is free, a love offering will be taken at the end. I look forward to seeing you at this special event!
Children’s Christmas Play
Jennifer Veach and Stef Ahlers are looking for any children, teens, or adults who would like to participate in this year’s “Children’s Christmas Play!” Please let Stef know if you would like to act or help with the stage design. For those who would like to be involved in the Christmas Play, please meet in the Passover Room right after church this Sunday (September 27th), around 12:10ish. This includes seamstresses if possible. Several families are already involved, but we’d like to get an idea of everyone who would like to be involved! New Bible Study – 6:30pm Mondays
Larry Pierce plans to start a new Bible study on “The Book of Psalms” 6:30pm Monday nights at the church. If you are interested in joining this new class, please let us know at 541-808-0902.
All-Church Prayer Time – 8:30am Sundays
We invite you to join us every Sunday morning at 8:30am in room 101 for a very special time of prayer together. This prayer time sets the tone for the services Sunday, it would be an honor and a blessing to have you join us as we worship the Lord and prayer and pray for the needs of the church.
