This Sunday I plan to return to our study through “The Book of Romans” as I bring the message, “Clothed In The Righteousness of Christ” from Romans 13:8-14. Please read through the attached “Digging Deeper” Bible study notes before Sunday to get the most out of the message.
Pray Oregon Coast @ Shoreline
Our next “Pray Oregon Coast” community prayer and worship event is scheduled for 6:00pm tonight (Friday evening) at Shoreline Community Church. Pray Oregon Coast is a group of local evangelical churches that meet once a month at a different local church. As we enter 2027, Pray Oregon Coast will have been continually meeting for the past 10 years – Praise the Lord! I hope you can join us this Friday at 6:00pm for a very special evening!
Did you lose your neck chain and cross?
Isaiah found a small woman’s chain and cross in the parking lot. If it is yours, please let me know, I have it in my office.
Free Sewing Desk and Sewing Machine
Cheryl is offering a nice sewing desk and a sewing machine to anyone in the church who would like it. Both items are free. We also may have a large mirror to give away. If anyone is interested in either, please let me know and I will pass it on to Cheryl.
MOMCO
Our Mom’s Company (formerly MOPS) ministry is now meeting once again on the first and third Tuesday of the month. As a bonus for working mothers, Dominique Greenwell is now starting a new evening MomCo for mothers who have to work during the day. Mission 119:11 begins on Wednesdays for children
Mission 119:11 is our mid-week ministry for children 3 years old through 6th Grade at Shoreline Community Church. This is an exciting ministry that grounds children in their Christian faith while they have a great time at club. Mission 119:11 meets weekly during the school year from 6:30-8:10PM on Wednesdays at the church. The key verse of Mission 119:11 is Psalm 119:11 ~ “Your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You.” Hope to see your children, grandchildren, and neighborhood children at Mission! The Liberty Quartet
We invite you to join us for a concert 7:00pm Friday, October 9th by the Liberty Quartet. The Liberty Quartet will be joining us during their 30th Anniversary Tour, they were here a few years back and did an excellent job. The concert is free, a love offering will be taken at the end. I look forward to seeing you this week. Keep pressing on for Jesus!
