Hello everyone,
I hope you were blessed by our outdoor worship last weekend. We plan to continue worshiping outdoors (weather permitting) until the last week in September so don’t forget to bring your lawn chairs and appropriate clothing; remember the weather can change on a dime here. This week I plan to bring the message, “Falsely Accused” from John 18:1-28; Stefanie Ahlers, her twin sister and brother will be leading our worship music.
Please read through the attached “Digging Deeper” Bible study notes before Sunday to get the most out of the message.
New Ministry Opportunity
The elders would like to have barbecue hotdogs, chips and a drink available after church on Sundays for a small donation, but we need people to step forward to be the cooks. Any volunteers? Also, we’ve had people ask if they could hang around after church and fellowship on the lawn playing horseshoes and other games. The answer is, “Absolutely.” I really hope we can have a camplike atmosphere at our outdoor services.
Foundations
I invite you to join me at 10:00am this Friday in the Passover Room for “Foundations – A Study In Systematic Theology.” This week we will be discussing the topic of the baptism of the Holy Spirit. I hope you can join me for this interesting study and subsequent discussion.
Pray Oregon Coast
Our next “Pray Oregon Coast” is scheduled for 6:00pm this Friday, July 15th at “The Refuge.” The Refuge Church is located next to the Dairy Queen in downtown Coos Bay. It would be great to have a lot of people there from Shoreline praying.

All-Church Prayer Time
