This weekend I plan to bring the message,“On The Road To Emmaus”fromLuke 24:13-53as we follow up on Resurrection Sunday.Special thanks to everyone who invited their family and friends, we came close to having 400 people attend our Resurrection Day Celebrations last Sunday.Please reach out to your family and friends to return with you this weekend, perhaps they will start attending church regularly, wouldn’t that be a blessing.

Community Gospel Open Mic
Our first “Community Gospel Open Mic” is scheduled for 2:00pm this Friday at Shoreline Community Church.Come and join Tom and Debbie Trammel along with Steve Blum in the church sanctuary from an enjoyable afternoon.Following this Friday’s concert, “The Community Gospel Open Mic” will be on the first Friday of every month from 2:00-4:00pm. We encourage you to put this time of both fun and worship on your calendar.
Men’s Ministry Fishing Clinic
Dave Foster will be hosting a “Salmon Fishing And Gear Training” event at his home at 1:00pm on Saturday, April 15th.As the weather gets better, our Men’s Ministry will get their boats underway for fishing trips soon. For more information, call Dave at 541-260-2643.
Frank and Tami DeSpain Move
Frank and Tami are loading their moving vans today for their move to Idaho.If you have a little extra time, you might swing by the DeSpains and help them with their move.Frank and Tami live at 2477 Everett Avenue in North Bend.
Pray Oregon Coast
The next Pray Oregon Coast is scheduled for 6:00pm April 21stat Hauser Community Church.I encourage you to be there for this special evening of worship music and prayer.
Kim Miller “Celebration Of Life”
I’m sorry to announce Kim Miller was involved in a fatal car accident on April 3rdnear Saunders Lake.Tom came by the church on Tuesday to let me know Kim’s “Celebration of Life” will be held at 2:00pm on April 22ndat the Church Of God in Reedsport where Tom serves on the board.The Church of God is located at 2191 Birch Avenue in Reedsport. Tom and Kim helped us start Shoreline 16 years ago as he was our first worship leader.Please be in prayer for Tom and their four daughters, Jessica, Sara, Shannon and Becky during this difficult time.
MOPS (Mothers-Of-Preschoolers)
Our next MOPS meeting is scheduled for 9:30am Tuesday, April 18that the church.If you are a mother with preschool age children, I encourage you to check out this incredible ministry.

What a blessing our mid-week children’s ministry has been.We invite you to bring your children, grandchildren, and neighborhood children every Wednesday at 6:30pm (following the school calendar) to this incredible ministry.Your children will be blessed and you will be blessed.
