Hello everyone,
This weekend I plan to bring the message, “A Godly Jealousy” from Zechariah 8:1-13.I hope you have been enjoying our series and the way that it connects, not only to Zechariah’s time, but also to the end times. Please read through the attached “Digging Deeper” Bible study notes before Sunday to get the most out of the message.
Men’s Breakfast
Our next “Men’s Breakfast” is scheduled for 9:00am this Saturday (March 1st) at Shoreline Community Church. Men should come expecting lots of delicious food, great fellowship, and a lively discussion following.
Building Update
All the painting and staining is now done, and we have been airing out the sanctuary. Today the carpet is being installed in the new addition and next week the chairs will be bolted to the floor as required for use. The railing is also being installed on the steps out front this week as well. We are getting close to being able to use the new section.
Ladies Night Out
The March “Ladies Night Out” is scheduled for 6:00pm Friday, March 7th at Shoreline Community Church. Please bring a snack to share with the other ladies as you come to this enjoyable evening.
Men’s Retreat
Our next Men’s Retreat is scheduled for March 14th-16th at Camp Fir Point in Glendale, OR. I hope you can join me and the men there for a great time of fellowship and teaching in the Word. This year Jon Ahlers is heading up the retreat. Please sign up in the back of the sanctuary if you are interested in attending.
Single Senior Saints
We are starting a new fellowship opportunity for Single Senior Saints (SSS) next month. The primary focus will be on filling the void of fellowship among those who find themselves desiring to do “something,” but would enjoy doing that “something” with others. We will be meeting at Ezekiel’s Coffee Shop 10:00am Thursday, March 6th to talk about what that “something” may be for you. Any questions, please call Evelyn Luce at 541-294-8584.
