Hi everyone,
Cheryl and I would like to wish each of you a Happy Thanksgiving. This is my favorite time of the year when the focus is on the Lord and all He has done for us instead of on a bunch of commercial things. One of our greatest blessings has been you, you are one incredible church family, and we thank the Lord for each of you. May God bless you in unexpected ways as you gather this Thanksgiving Day with family and friends to “give thanks.” (See Psalm 136)
This weekend I plan to bring the message, “The Baptism Of Jesus” from Matthew 3:11-17; we are scheduled to have at least 5 baptisms following the message. If you are interested in following the Lord in water baptism by immersion, please let me know as soon as possible. I encourage you to read through the attached “Digging Deeper Bible Study Notes before Sunday to get the most out of the message.
Ezekiel’s Christian Bookstore
Opening this Friday!
This Friday the long-awaited Christian bookstore “Ezekiel’s” will be opening in downtown North Bend on Highway 101. For opening day, Ezekiel’s will have the special: “buy one book, get one 20% off.” This new Christian bookstore is owned by one of our church families.
The New Chairs Have Arrived
After months on backorder, we have received 35 new chairs matching the chairs in our sanctuary. These chairs have been scattered throughout our various classrooms; as a result, we should no longer be short of chairs – Praise the Lord!
New 70” TV For Our Children’s Classroom
A brand new 70” Roku TV has been purchased and set up in Room 102 for our Children’s Ministries. Not only will we have a better picture, but this will allow us to have better access to online resources like RightNow Media.
Right Now Media Invite
If you would like online access to our RightNow Media account, simply let me know and I will send you an invitation. The church pays the annual fee, everyone in the church gets free access to over 20,000 Christian teaching videos for adults and the largest Christian cartoon lineup that I have ever seen.
Men’s Grief Class (NEW CLASS)

Pastor David Rymer will be starting a Men’s Grief Class on 2:00pm Thursday, November 30th in his office. If you have suffered a loss or are just hurting over something in your life, we invite you to join Pastor Dave for this new class.
“Let The Men Be Men”
Pastor Phil Jeffery is leading a Men’s Mentoring class Fridays at 3:30pm in his office. The men are going through the book, “Let The Men Be Men.” For more information, call Pastor Phil at 541-808-0902.

The next Men’s Breakfast is scheduled for 9:00am Saturday, December 2nd in the Passover Room. Men are invited to come expecting some tasty food, great fellowship, and a lively discussion on a biblically relevant topic.
