Hello everyone,
This Sunday I plan to bring the message, “Wrestling Against God and Others” from Genesis 32:1-32; please read through the attached “Digging Deeper” Bible study notes before Sunday to get the most out of the message.
Overflow Room During Church Service
If the Sanctuary gets too full, we have the Passover Room serving as an overflow room with the large 65” TV broadcasting a livestream of the church service. Elder Harry Abel said that he will be hosting in the Passover Room. I encourage people to stand in the back of the Sanctuary if you want to engage with the worship music, then join Harry in the Passover Room for the livestream broadcast of the teaching with coffee and deserts in the overflow room.
New Ministries Beginning:
“The School Of Biblical Evangelism”
Starting 7:00pm Thursday, September 28th
We hope you can join us in Room 101 for this new class that will be led by Jon Ahlers. If you would like to equip yourself to do a better job in the area of evangelism, this is the class for you. If you have any questions about this new class, please call Jon at 541-297-6183.
“Point Man Ministries”
Starting 6:00pm Tuesday, October 10th
“Point Man Ministries” is a well-known outreach for veterans. This ministry (hosted at Shoreline) will offer fellowship and assistance to those who have served our country. It is a great ministry for veterans just to gather and share. If you are interested in attending Point Man, this ministry will be meeting in Room 101 at 6:00pm on Tuesdays starting October 10th. “Let The Men Be Men” (Men’s Mentoring Group)
Starting 3:30pm Friday, October 13th

Men’s Breakfast

Our next Men’s Breakfast is scheduled for 9:00am Saturday, October 7th in the Passover Room. Please come expecting some tasty food, great fellowship and a lively discussion. Hope to see you then.
MOPS (Mothers-Of Preschoolers)

Our MOPS ministry is up and running, we had 15 mothers attend the first meeting. If you are the mother of a young child and would like to check out this exciting ministry, join us at 9:30am on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month.
